New York!

I got to go to New York for the second time a couple weeks ago to visit Andrew & Ann, but this time I had more than 12 hours to explore! I took a redeye, which is always rough, and opted for a cab so I could take a nap on the hour drive into the city instead of getting caught in rush hour on the subway. Vancouver, WA & Portland, OR

I am taking FULL advantage of my 7 on/7 off schedule and traveling as much as possible. Here's the start: This October, we took the grandmas to meet the first great-grandbaby in the family. The majority of what we did was family stuff, but we did take the opportunity to go to Multnomah Falls and Powell's City of Books. We went to the Vancouver Farmers Market on Saturday to walk around some and see more of Vancouver. We also went to the Eatery at the Grant House on our last morning, which had delicious, bottomless mimosas. This is a pretty boring posts because I wanted to leave all the family details out, but some of these photos aren't too bad :)
